Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Certain items (such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized items) are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
